Charges of impaired driving and driving over "80" resolved with plea to Motor Vehicle Act offence after negotiations between Mr. Shapray and the Prosecutor – NO CRIMINAL RECORD and NO DRIVING PROHIBITION.

R. v. C.C. [2012]
DUI charges in Kamloops DROPPED mid trial after significant issues raised by Mr. Shapray during the course of the trial – NO CRIMINAL RECORD.

R. v. D.G. [2012]
Impaired driving and Over 80 charges DROPPED prior to setting a trial date after Mr. Shapray approached the prosecutor and identified a number of issues challenging the viability of the prosecution.

Impaired Driving charges resolved MID TRIAL after discussions between Mr. Shapray and prosecutor resulted in prosecutor conceding that there was no substantial likelihood of conviction – No Criminal Record.

Mr. Shapray represented BC client on DUI charges in Calgary, Alberta. Charges dropped on morning of trial after Mr. Shapray raised significant disclosure issue and other legal issues regarding the prosecutor's case.

DUI charges resolved with s. 144 plea under Motor Vehicle Act resulting in NO CRIMINAL RECORD and NO DRIVING PROHIBITION.

R. v. B.S. [2012]
Charges of Impaired Driving and "Over 80" resolved with plea to s. 144 under the Motor Vehicle Act resulting in a fine and NO DRIVING PROHIBITION. Issue on the case revolved around whether the police officer had the required grounds for a breath demand and the lack of evidence of impairment.

Impaired Driving charges DROPPED by prosecutor prior to second trial date after submissions by Mr. Shapray regarding unreasonable delay and a breach of his client's constitutional right to have a trial within a reasonable time.
